Participation
Participation is possible by submitting papers beeing accepted and coming to Switzerland. There are three types of submissions: position papers, research papers and reports. All types should treat a topic from the workshop themes.
- Position papers (6-8 pages): Such papers should state the position of the authors regarding any topic of the workshop.
- Reports (6-8 pages):
Experience reports and case studies are expected to be submitted in this category.
- Research papers ( 8-15 pages full research papers, 8-10 pages research in progress): Research papers should describe innovative approaches.
After selecting "make a new submission" you can decide whether you submit a conference paper or a workshop paper.
Important Dates
- July 30, 2026 : paper submission deadline
- August 30, 2026: author notification deadline
- October 7, 2025: workshop date
- October 30, 2026: camera-ready submission deadline

University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland - Olten, Solothurn, Switzerland.
Paper submission and selection
Papers will be submitted to the conference managment system EasyChair, where 2-3 highly qualified reviewers will evaluate them. The papers with at least two positive reviews will be considered for the workshop.
Paper publication
Workshop papers should be formatted following the CEUR formatting guidelines (see CEUR).

Extended selected papers will be published in the journal
